Healthy living means 1 piece of toast + air suam in the morning, tosei + air suam in the afternoon and fruits + sandwich + air suam in the evening

If everyone is concious of healthy living from younger age, there will be no need to restrict oneself to the diet prescription you have suggested!

Anyway, thanks for the diet prescription. I am sure many people out there can benifit from it.

substitute for tosei?

May be we can try soup containing "red fish" (ikan merah) and kaeno mushroom for dinner. Flood the soup over a plate of boiled organic rolled oat.

For the vegitables .... we can have steamed brocolli, cabbage, long bean, lady's finger and brinjol. Eat them with light chilli paste (sambal). Plenty of anion, tomato but no "belacan" please.

hey, thats great menu. thanx. we used to have "roti nan" w variety of sambal (i love the green sambal, i think it's mint leaves) and of coz w "ayam tandoori" - free oil for early dinner. and favorite place is mamak corner at tmn jasmin, kajang - recommended, heheh.

Dear Ismaid and Mawar
Like most of those oldies, they didn' care very much about healthy living when they were younger. It is only when they retired they started to care. Most of the time ... it's too late. My advise to the young ones ... start now and you will not regret

thank you for reminding. btw, i hv got the recipe of that green sambal from the generous mamak :-)
mint leaves (RM1) blend w shallot, garlic, ginger, 5 cili padi, n add little bit of tamarind juice n sugar. voila! u may serve as yr salad dip at home.

As usual, people are not concern abut something until that something comes down with a problem. People choose to fix rather than prevent.

If everyone takes care of one's own health, the doctors would have more time to take care of their own health.
