Ulam Raja 

Ulam raja or Cosmos caudatus is an annual plant of the Family Compositae.  It can grow up to 1.5 meters. The flowers have eight pinkish to purplish petals and yellowish to orange stamens and stigma. The shoots are eaten as fresh vegetable with rice. Normally the shoots are first swiped over chilli paste and then taken together with rice.
