Kuala Selangor is located about 2 hours north of Kuala Lumpur, using the coastal road via Shah Alam, which is the capital city of the State of Selangor. It is relatively an old city but have been on the upward swing with recent development including the establishment of a state university campus in a nearby town, which is formally named as Batang Berjuntai.
The town of Kuala Selangor offers the prospect of ecotourism, but have not taken advantage of its offering in term of the developing a really attractive recreational adventure. The Nature Park, for example has the ingredients to become an attractive place to spend holiday. It offers small chalets to spend the night while observing animal and plants at their natural habitat at very affordable prices. There are other facilities such as meeting room and dining room. Renovations that are being carried out seem to indicate better facilities are on the making. For reliable information please check with official website at Kuala Selangor Info
